It is a project of apartment units for residential use, located in VistaCana, La Altagracia province. Consists
of two large four-level buildings connected by a central volume that houses social areas and amenities.

Access to the project is through the lobby building, which has a reception, lounge areas and other amenities. Most of the project’s parking spaces are underground, which allows greater use of the land for the development of gardens and outdoor recreation spaces.

The project has 3 types of apartments. 28 2-bedroom units, 81 1-bedroom units and 78 suite-type units distributed over the four levels of the project. All types of apartments include appliances, porcelain floors, precious wood doors, modular kitchens and glass and aluminum windows. On each level there are support and service areas such as concierge stations, garbage rooms and temporary storage rooms.
